Snapchat Here to Stay in 2016?

Is Snapchat for real? Is it really here to stay? Due to the temporary nature of Snapchat, social media sharing that only lasts a moment or two, it seems like an oxymoron to say that Snapchat is here to stay, but here I am. Today I have decided to embrace Snapchat as a way to grow my business. Consider this: Gatorade is now heavily invested as they ran a sponsored Lense (Lenses are usually funny or goofy animations that are overlaid on top of your selfie) and during the Super Bowl Gatorade generated over 100 million views. Gatorade knows a few things about marketing, needless to say. Even the Whitehouse is in.  Snapchat has been successful going against the grain, in this social media age where saving and preserving moments has become the norm, may even sacred way of showing and preserving our memories. With Snapchat, every moment is temporary. Things that are shared are rarely saved. It’s about connecting in the moment. I am told that Snapchat enables us to share temporary, self-destructing photos, videos, and messages (‘Snaps’). Images and videos will last anywhere from one to ten seconds. I admit it sounds silly. The first thing I read about snapchat last month is that the primary audience is between 13-23, but I believe that is rapidly changing. Lots of new seasoned marketers have joined the Snapchat movement. I don"t want to be left behind. Do you? I have found a webinar which tells everything you need to know to get started in Snapchat.
